Renowned Michelin Starred chef Shaun Rankin of Ormer Jersey and Ormer Mayfair, brings his love of the island of Jersey and its’rich larder of exquisite produce from both the land and surrounding seas to create a mouth-watering reception and banquet. Think caviar topped mini Jersey royal canapes followed by a signature Salute banquet of Shaun’s dishes, matched with fine wines.

Expect exquisite food, wines and service, with fantastic entertainment.

Aged seventeen, he signed up on a short-service commission with the Royal Air Force in August 1939. The first aircraft he flew was the Tiger Moth at Desford airfield in Leicestershire, after successfully completing the course he then went on to fly the North American Harvard at RAF Little Rissington with 6FTS.
