Cassidy Little Bears_eat_oats host for Square Mile Salute Square Events

Cassidy Little, former Royal Marine who “loved Afghanistan so much he left a leg behind to continue to kick ass” is to host Square Mile Salute.
Born in Newfoundland with a life-long passion for performing on stage, Cassidy attended the school for performing arts in Missouri; including his special interest in dance and went on to join the Mid-American Dance Company before moving back to Canada.
Cassidy moved to the UK to join his family and after a period of performing as a stand up comic Cassidy joined 42 Commando Royal Marines – to prove that he could!
During his second tour in Afghanistan in 2010 as a Marine medic Cassidy lost a leg as a result of an IED blast.
On his return to the UK Cassidy has returned to his first love of performing, which has included starring in the hugely successful show “The Two Worlds of Charlie F” working with Sir Trevor Nunn and Ray Winstone, a guest lead role in BBC Doctors and as a live reporter for Sky periscope and earlier in the year along with partner Natalie Lowe won The People’s Strictly for Comic Relief.
